A first step towards support.
A continuing connection to care.
An independent Eirene identity, powered by Infinia Technologies. A proposed initiative shaped around giving back to society.
The problem we want to help address
People can struggle to describe what they are experiencing, find suitable support, reach an appointment and stay connected afterwards. Care workers and families also face practical barriers and fragmented information. Eirene proposes a companion and a coordinated human pathway to help that journey continue.

The opportunity
For some people, speaking to AI may feel less judgmental. A Malayalam or English voice and text companion could provide a starting point, organise concerns and support follow-up. Evidence is early and context-specific; Eirene must establish its own usefulness and safety through careful evaluation. See the research and its limits.
The complete care flywheel
01 / Listen and notice
Start with voice, text or a mood check-in. With separate permission, sleep and activity trends from a compatible wearable could add context. A device would never be required.
02 / Understand the context
Nia, the proposed clinical AI model, would organise relevant information and prepare a summary for the care team, including its sources and uncertainty. Wearable signals would be context, not a diagnosis.
03 / Agree the next step
A qualified professional reviews the information with the person and agrees assessment, care or referral. Clinical decisions remain with responsible professionals.
04 / Act with support
A named coordinator helps connect the plan to professional care, practical social support and, if the person chooses, a moderated community Circle.
05 / Follow up
Check how the person is doing, how everyday life is going, and whether an agreed appointment or referral actually happened.
06 / Review and adapt
The person and their care team use the follow-up to update the plan and agree the next check-in. This returns the journey to listening, with care that can respond to change.
A place for community
Later-phase Circles would offer optional cohorts based on shared experiences, chosen-name posting anonymous to peers, trained moderation and routes to professional support. Staff access and privacy boundaries would be explained. Clinical records and community posts would serve separate purposes.
Why Infinia is contributing
Infinia Technologies proposes to contribute engineering, language access and technology that supports coordination. Our purpose is a responsible contribution to society. The ambition is free core pilot access, backed by funding for professional care, supervision, evaluation and continuity.
A responsible beginning
A proposed Nooranad, Kerala programme would begin with listening and service mapping, then agreed roles, funding and prototype testing. A needs study and any subsequent care pilot would require separate readiness and approval decisions. Eirene is in development, with no live clinical service or recruitment on this website.
Join the journey
NGOs bring trust and reach. Social workers connect practical support. Medical and mental-health professionals retain clinical responsibility. Community members shape the experience. Researchers and supporters help build evidence and sustain the work.
