No one should
have to find
their way to
care alone.
A first conversation. A person who understands. A connection that continues. Eirene is a cause for bringing mental-health support closer to everyday life.
In development · Beginning with a proposed programme in Kerala

Built around the person.

Illustrations represent the proposed experience, not programme participants.
Some needs
go unspoken.
Others get lost
along the way.
Finding the words can be difficult. So can finding the right person, reaching an appointment and keeping going. Families and care workers often carry that uncertainty too.
Our purpose is to make the first step easier — and help people stay connected to human care.
A first step, in one minute.

A continuing
connection to care.
With a person’s permission, conversations and everyday context can help a care team understand what matters. Each follow-up helps that person and team decide what comes next.
01Listen and notice
Start with voice, text or a mood check-in. With separate permission, sleep and activity trends from a compatible wearable could add context. A device would never be required.
02Understand the context
Nia, the proposed clinical AI model, would organise relevant information and prepare a summary for the care team, including its sources and uncertainty. Wearable signals would be context, not a diagnosis.
03Agree the next step
A qualified professional reviews the information with the person and agrees assessment, care or referral. Clinical decisions remain with responsible professionals.
04Act with support
A named coordinator helps connect the plan to professional care, practical social support and, if the person chooses, a moderated community Circle.
05Follow up
Check how the person is doing, how everyday life is going, and whether an agreed appointment or referral actually happened.
06Review and adapt
The person and their care team use the follow-up to update the plan and agree the next check-in. This returns the journey to listening, with care that can respond to change.
Optional wearable context → Nia’s clinical summary → professional review → care and community → follow-up → a shared next step. Proposed capabilities, to be evaluated with partners.
Explore how the journey would work ↗Sometimes, it starts
with finding
the words.
For some people, an AI conversation can feel less judgmental. Eirene would offer space to speak or type at one’s own pace, in Malayalam or English, and prepare for a conversation with a professional.
AI could help organise concerns and support follow-up. A clear route to a person must be part of the experience.
The research, and what it can tell us ↗I am finding it hard to cope.
Take your time. You can also ask to speak with the care team.
AI supports the conversation.
People remain responsible for care.

Beyond the screen,
there is a person.
NGOs bring local trust. Social workers help with the practical barriers. Counsellors and medical professionals provide responsible care. People with lived experience help shape what feels useful and respectful.
Eirene brings these contributions into a shared journey, with clear responsibilities and a named coordinator.
Find your place in the programme ↗A little less alone.
A little more
understood.
Optional community Circles would connect people around shared experiences. Members could post under a chosen name, anonymous to peers, with trained moderation and ways to ask for help.
A proposed later phase. Community support complements professional care; it does not replace it.

What we can build matters.
Who it helps matters more.
Infinia Technologies proposes to contribute engineering and language access. Communities and care professionals would shape how Eirene serves people. Our ambition is free core pilot access, with funding for the people and continuity that meaningful care requires.
Our approach to giving backBegin by listening.
Build with the community.
We are inviting partners to shape a proposed programme in Nooranad, Kerala. Partnerships, funding and approvals remain to be agreed.
Listen and understand
Bring community members and professionals together. Map actual needs and available care.
Make the pathway real
Agree care capacity, responsibilities, privacy, safeguards and a full budget. Test the prototype.
Learn before growing
Consider a needs study and, later, a separately approved pilot that measures benefit and harm.
There is a place for you
in this story.
Bring your experience, your community’s needs or your willingness to help. Together, we can shape a programme worth building.
